Following the success of Pollard Yard, Bromley Yard will deliver 250 containers across 3 phases, with over 80 spaces launching in Phase 1 later this year.
Pollard Yard is now home to a thriving community of independent businesses. Bromley Yard expands on this, creating more space and new opportunities for Manchester’s creative scene.
Designed for musicians, food and beverage, artists, makers, retailers, creatives, and service based businesses, the yard will bring together a diverse mix of independent talent.
For the first time in Manchester, we are also introducing our lock up studios. Simple, unlined containers with lighting and electric, offering a low cost space for projects, storage, or creative work.
