Phases

Bromley Yard will deliver over 250 containers across 3 phases, creating one of the largest creative container communities in Manchester.

Phase 1

Launching later this year, with over 90 containers including a mix of 20ft, 40ft, and our new lock up studios.

Phase 2

Over 45 containers, including 20ft units and lock up studios. Launch date to be confirmed.

Phase 3

Over 100 containers, with a mix of 20ft, 40ft, and lock up studios. Launch date to be confirmed.

Site Opening

Bromley Yard is scheduled to open later this year, with final dates to be confirmed. The project is well underway, and we will be announcing open days and early access events in due course.

Location

Bromley Yard is located on Bromley Street, Manchester, M4 4JS, right on the edge of Manchester city centre. A 10–15 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and Manchester Victoria station, it is well connected while sitting within one of the city’s most active creative areas.

Parking

Bromley Yard will include over 60 on site parking spaces, with a dedicated vehicle entrance for easy access and a separate pedestrian entrance for safe and simple entry on foot.
